volume button seems off...like doesn't register sometimes...but feels key off too. notices if push down (firmly, not smashing) aligns , makes better. returns not going down flush.
also...i don't have audio or videos since it's new...but showing little blue/purple music , video. how can find remove it?
i venture guess apple's sounds/ music in imovie , video clips practicing in garageband. maybe not, don't know. far keys- if have 11-inch, top row of keys seems more delicate. when first ordered , recieved mine last year, had return because "rewind" key literally snapped off. before did- acted yours is. perhaps stop apple store , ask replacement key put on you. haven't had happen yet 1 (also 11 inch), of them seem more "loose" i'd , bit "wiggly".

i'm thinking of upgrading 2011 27" imac's ram stock 4gb 12gb. plan on installing , running windows 7 home premium (64-bit) through boot camp , parallels. what's max amount of ram can have installed in case? windows 7 recognize 12gb installed without problem? as long install 64-bit version of windows, can utilize of ram. 2011 imac can take 32gb (4x8gb) though 12gb should plenty.
