SBSettings Installation Problems On Jailbroken iPod Touch 2G Running 4.2.1

hello everyone!

have ipod touch 2g running ios 4.2.1. used redsn0w jailbreak. have been trying desperately install sbsettings on device. don't have wifi, i'm using cyder2. sbsettings, sbsettings toggles , airplane sbsettings toggles appear highlighted in red under cydia manage applications. green tick mark not appear.

have installed mobile substrate, libhide, preferenceloader , activator. shell cmds installed before. other dependencies installed. except rock extensions somehow cannot downloaded source.

why sbsettings not working? rock extensions absolutely essential? there other dependencies i'm missing out on?

appreciated.
