Alphabetical sorting order & album artwork is missing?

okay, annoying me. idk why, iphone's ipod went crazy , can see photos, alphabetical sorting order gone artists section , album artwork not shown in list nothing personal it's shown when tilt phone landscape mode. help, please.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
