Can't decide, maxed out air vs 13 inch pro

i'm debating between buying refurbished macbook air that's maxed out (2.13 core 2 duo, 256 ssd), or getting preferably refurbished 2.7 i7 macbook pro 13 inch buying ssd , installing myself. or 15 inch pro. should wait until macbook air gets upgrade (maybe intels sandy bridge processors?).
