Easy program to rip audio from dvd?

i wondering if there program (easy use, , understand) can rip audio dvd, , turn mp3 files. have several concert dvds, , love able listen them on ipod. using google search brings quite few different programs download, nice know 1 best of bunch.

i think handbrake can this, , it's free.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
