OS X Lion - Excessive heat issues... (MBP)

after having installed lion, 1 of things i've noticed how fast mbp heats up... , mean fast. takes no more 1 webpage moving graphics or single vimeo video speed 80 degrees...

mind you, redid thermal paste after bought mbp , have had amazing temps... idling @ 24 degrees, basic work in high 30s , youtubing bring me high 60s.
times before lion i've been getting 80s , 90s have been when played sc2.

needless say... lion temperature management appalling. wrong , needs adressed.
 

check if spotlight indexing hard drive
if is, it's reason. d:

if not, arm idk
