Problems with USB memory stick

hi,
have info on imac put on 4gb sandisk memory stick can transfer files pc @ work.
pc @ work not detect usb memory stick @ all.
tried in 4 different pc's , none of them detected it.
orange light on memory stick doesn't light when inserted pc.

put memory stick in imac , fine, same macbook.

memory stick formatted on imac ms-dos(fat32) before files added it.

ideas why pc's not detecting memory stick?
 

i know it's not ideal, had same problem @ college , way fix me reformat stick.

data 1 of macs , reformat of usb stick in disk utility.

...

having said that, have tried in other computers @ work?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
