Tether 3G iPad2 to MacBook Air via Bluetooth?

i have 3g ipad 2 , i'm using prepaid data plan. wanted share 3g connection macbook air cant seem tether using bluetooth. ive tethered using iphone 3gs before. shouldn't able tether using ipad 2 3g? need send email excel attachment asap have no wifi.
 

the way can think of grab excel file off mba somehow, reader 1 way, not sure if used connect ipad mba without existing wifi circuit, , send email file off ipad. maybe others chime in more straightforward solutions, today first day ipad2!

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
