While Unjailbreaking, restore was interrupted, resulting in recovery mode. Lose Data?

while attempting unjailbreak iphone 3gs, phone fell off table, breaking connection cord. phone says in recovery mode. afraid proceed because have countless photos irreplaceable. there way around this? limited in computer skills, please explain info me in simple way. computer show type of backup file done on fateful day, i'm not sure if backed before fell off cord. info.
 

since should of hit backup before hit restore wont matter continue restore , photos should in backup

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
