Clean install of Lion problem

here's did:

installed new owc ssd , tried installing lion usb stick , sd card.

start install , tells me there's on 5 hours left , it's jumping around 5 hours , 8 minutes 5 hours , 57 min.

it's downloading additional components...

help? has seen this?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
