disable snap to edges

i have firefox & other windows setup nicely... way want them...
while scrolling , down page firefox window snap edges , go 1/2 way in middle of screen...

soooo annoying ......
dont want window small

how disable please....:(

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
