wondering if me out 1st generation ipod touch. want download apps 1st generation ipod touch looks need buy 3.0 upgrade first.

know if upgrade, enable me download apps? how download apps 1st generation touch?

the app store present in version of iphone os 2.x , up. not need upgrade iphone os 3.x download apps, though may want can have full functionality. if unable update device free itunes, call apple purchase operating system itself. if download iphone os 2.x or iphone os 3.x, can update iphone os 3.1.3, not ios 4.x.
