Love my new MBA

let me start off saying used die-hard windows user...that until 1 day (1 1/2 year ago) decided had enough of windows , purchased first ever mac. went out , got 2010 macbook pro , upgraded ram 8gb. thing was/is amazingly fast, easy use, , "just works."

went local best buy yesterday @ new mba 11" because wanted ultra-portable , tablets don't me. after spending time in store decided buy it.

got macbook air 11" 4gb sm128c ssd

couldn't happier thing...i thought way underpowered it's snappier trusty macbook pro! msword opens faster , keynote. used mini-display-->hdmi cable connect 46" led watch movie , fantastic!

thing doesn't feel right me keyboard...i don't travel of keys , how feel stiff. i'm sure used it. don't miss superdrive anymore, heck, can't think of time when used it.

thing amazingly thin, yet feels sturdy , durable...everybody wants @ thing.

i'm happy purchase, , can't believe 2 years ago wouldn't @ mac.

 

i couldn't have said better. have same model , best computer have ever owned. had 2010 base version , still fast enough. decided needed more ram multiple desktops in lion , installed fusion win 7. 128ssd nice upgrade 64 got hdmi cable , watched itunes rental on 55" samsung in 1080p. looked great , passed through dolby digital 5.1 denon receiver. don't play games intel 3000 enough me. since 11" airs released ipad collects dust. don't care tablets thought have better batter life.
