Upgrade eligibility changed from December to July 23rd...

in span of 2 weeks upgrade eligibility jumped ahead quite few months. naturally, i'm thinking indicator next iphone release :) ...

normal att bump eligibility much? i'm on typical iphone plan ($59.99 voice, unlimited text , data) , pay bill on time every month, make me upgrade eligible after 12 or 13 months instead of usual 18.

not complaining curious!
