Using a scroll ball mouse in Lion.

i have 2006 apple pro mouse scroll ball. can use lion in normal way, without swipey stuff? or os depend on having swiping capabilities?
 

it doesn't depend on per se.
you'll lose important part of experience not having magic mouse or magic trackpad, other lion work.
