Lion on 2 computers with 2 Apple IDs

so have macbook , parents have imac, each seperate apple ids. if purchase lion using apple id, there anyway can install on parents imac without purchasing second time, either via app store or lion bootdisk made in diskutil? guessing log app store on imac id , download it, promted apple id credentials software updates, etc? appreciated.
 

once it's installed don't care more , u still software updates fine. apple isnt big on "drm" make money off of hardware
