How to backup firefox profile in lion?

wondering how backup firefox profile in mac os lion?

in snow leopard access profile folder in application support - firefox - profiles.

no longer there me. profiles folder located now?

switching laptops huge help!
 

it's still there.. hidden away safety..
in finder, click go menu, , hit option - should see library appear in list..
there, should find :cool:

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
