LaCie recognized but not mounting

i have lacie hd (the "designed porsche" ones) friend of mine. it's been in use while.

when plug it, hear start. recognized on usb bus when in system infos. it's not recognized in disk utility.

guess it's still working since see reference lacie drive in usb bus.

there software use recover ? or hardware solution ?

it's kind of urgent... (my friend need data).

thank can give me. tried looking forums nothing seems help.
