Set up a new iPod Touch to iOS 4.3.3

hi! aware when buy new ipod touch 4g , set up, installs latest ios 4.3.5. have ipod touch 4 8gb 4.3.4 , can't jailbreak (untethered) , planning buy new 1 larger size want install ios 4.3.3 instead. possible? thank you! :)
 

so buying new 1 jailbreak or because really need more gbs?

if dont need gbs, patient , wait 4.3.4 , 4.3.5 jb

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
