Interface Builder error

dear all!

newbie mac , universal app making.
using mac os x 10.7 , downloaded combined dmg file xcode , ios sdk.

installation of dmg successful every time when try building program,. getting error like: " ibtool error, unable communicate interface builder"
, every sample program getting 2 same type of error.
tried installing xcode again again same error.

everytime try start interface builder application directly, starts , crash.

kindly suggest me how solve problem.

mac osx 10.7 under nda. has legal access has accepted that. posting have have broken nda , opened possibility of being sued apple.

should post questions on developer forums on apple developer site or wait until 10.7 not covered nda.
