Transfer from iPhone to New Mac

i switched dell laptop, died on me, , itunes library. need transfer music iphone (which contains music, luckily) new macbook. i'm trying figure out way it, i'm coming nothing.

please help, bugging hell out of me.
 

there several pieces of software this, there not native utility. i'm not familiar names, google ;)
