Help! No dock!

so have no dock. go terminal , press "killall dock" , tells me: "no matching processes belonging found"

go coreservices, , there white warning symbol kind of thing on dock app.

dont know do! please help.
 

restart mac?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
