Mac OS X Lion install problems

i installing lion update through app store. when computer restarts lion installer says "install failed"
"mac os x lion couldn't installed, because disk macintosh hd damaged , can't repaired."
option gives me "click restart restart computer , try installing again"
have tried quitting installer , going startup disk wont let me reboot snow leopard.

please help!
 

same thing happened me, , when try repair disk tells me drive cannot repaired because cannot written too...anyone have insight on matter?

edit: when verifying disk gives me error "invalid node structure"

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
