Selling refurbished iPhone. should I mention it?

i received new refurbished iphone 4 apple store because had issues. planning sell phone when iphone 5 comes out. assume sell phone in september. ok selling 1 month old iphone or need mention refurbished?

 

why it's brand new when it's not.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
