not work on firefox, safari or windows vista using firefox.
have researched this, posts date 2009.
have deleted cookies, still nothing.
not have special characters in name.

wanted know if else experiencing issue or has suggestion?

thank you!
 

have tried use apple id sign on itunes? work there?
