Can anyone tell me if they've encountered this bug with Safari in Lion

ok so, grateful of feeback on safari issue.

if have window open in safari , minimise dock, open new window, new window doesn't show up. if go window menu shows being open again if click select it doesn't show or take me window.

add insult injury, if switch between spaces, said window show of second transition between desktops happens disappear again.

i'm guessing it's known bug , sorted peace of mind it's not machine having laugh.

CoD on Mac is Stuck in fail windowed mode.
