Magic Mouse works as mouse, but no Magic features

i have mac pro , bluetooth magic mouse. after using magic mouse week, decided mouse. other computer needs mouse i'm using magic mouse mac pro.

turning on mouse , getting discovered computer fine. i'm using regular mouse write this. however, unable use of magic features of mouse. can left click , right click on it, that's it. no scrolling @ all. considering plan upgrade lion tomorrow, kind of sucks.

thought there setting in mouse preferences, when go mouse preferences dialog , click set bluetooth mouse button, says "no mouse found."

ideas?
 

no 1 has problem?

it's odd because if go system preferences , go bluetooth, shows mouse connected , says apple magic mouse.

when go mouse under system preferences, , select "set bluetooth mouse," cannot find magic mouse. there no option turn on right clicking, yet right clicking works fine.

have usb overdrive 3.0.1 loaded, problem?

never mind. confirmed on usb overdrive page program not find magic mouse.
