disable "reopen windows when logging back in"

anyone out there figured out how permanently uncheck "reopen windows when logging in" option when shutting down, or restarting lion?

hate it. when shutdown macbook pro, because want fresh boot next time use it, , hate having 'uncheck' option every time restart or shutdown!!!
 

no solution of yet. want feature disabled or have user selection remembered have wait , see if apple changes in update.
