iOS 5 beta 2 : safari clear cache button is missing in settings

seems clear cache button in 'settings', 'safari' gone...
 

it gone in first beta too. maybe apple has elected remove this?

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
