Ipod Touch 5g release date

i'm going buy new ipod touch 5g. knows when comes out? :)
 

the ipod touch presented along other ipods types in apple keynote on september 1. however, no iphone 5/4s has been released yet, release of ipod touch might delayed after iphone out.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
