Mac, iPad, ATV2 / Wireless problems

i have been having problems when using internet apple kit. follows;

mac: 8 times out of 10 freezes when loading web page. progress bar (the blue bit) goes inch address bar stops. continues after second or two, after few minutes, , other times have turn airport off , on again.

ipad: same deal above ever loads page once go through reset network setting procedure.

apple tv: continuously "operation timed out; not connect server", or when connect lose after 20 minutes.

router using aztech hw 550-3g. provide isp. changing airport router or airport extreme make difference. getting 16mbps (if matters?)

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
