New iPhone.. restore from my ipod deleted everything...

just got verizon after getting iphone , transferred contacts/photos old phone it..

plugged mac sync , asked if wanted go ipod backup or , said ok because wanted copy music , everything.. wound deleting photos , contacts. there way reverse this? i'm sure can't 1 has done lol

don't want go verizon , have re-transfer everything.

other i'm loving new iphone..

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
