Sleep Button Not Working Properly

i have iphone 4 having sleep button problem with. if on screen except lockscreen sleep button works fine. if phone locked can wake sleep button. if phone locked , screen awake cannot put sleep sleep button, unresponsive.

ideas?
 

is iphone in case or naked? if former, take out of case , see if still happens. if happens when not in case also, take apple store , reproduce issue, if in warranty should replacement.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
