save to delete "from old mac" files?

hi everbody,

today, did clean install of lion (created installation dvd) , migrated programs/settings time machine backup. after that, have "from old mac" folders/files - see attached screenshot. ("vom alten mac" german version of "from old mac" ...)

save delete files/folders? never experienced before when migrating stuff ...

lot in advance time , answers!!
