Ergonomics of magic trackpad

hi all, on past 2 days, when using mighty mouse wrist little bit numb. afraid might rsi symptom, programming 8 hours day, taking break every 1 or 2 hours.

i'm wondering if magic trackpad has better ergonomics mighty mouse (or mouse matter).
 

i thinking getting 1 of these , interested in hearing feedback of users regarding ergonomics. use trackball have been using (older) magic mouse , kinda it. think multi-touch stuff pad handy.
