Getting rid of my friends mac app store account on my computer!!

hi everyone,

yesterday on @ friends , had flash drive , copied angry birds it. when got home put in applications folder , opened mac app store. shows have update entirely different program , need log onto account update it. how make thinks bought angry birds , rid of update other program?
 

but didn't buy angry birds..that's stealing..

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
