iPad 2 on new iMac

hey apple bros , gals,
got new imac (2011 w/ssd) , i'm looking ipad 2 connected itunes in order synced. brings pesky message every time asking me erase.

know i'm asking common 'noob' question here, can guys point me in right direction?

yep, if move 1 mac another, without bringing on itunes library (itunes folder in music folder) have erase sync.
