MacBook Pro Start-Up Problems

when start macbook pro, more not, mouse cursor won't allow me click open. cursor moves on icons , links when click, nothing happens. have reboot once or twice before can click open something. happens whether use mouse or track pad. ideas solution?

i've been having problem too. started happening after reset pram. takes few restarts working again. tried unplugging , and replugging in cables connect motherboard trackpad , and keyboard. fixed little bit problem has come back.
