Really weird RAID performance problem on 10.7 Lion

hello everyone,

since installed lion on 13" mbp, started feeling kind of slower. checked cpu usage, ram usage, hell yeah if hdds go idle found nothing. few days ago stumbled on weird issue: read/write speeds of raid 0 seems somehow limited.

graph shows hdd activity while duplicating file , safe-erasing it.

used writes of 240mb/s , reads of 200mb/s+ on 10.6 can wrong here? experienced before?
