Help with ejecting external hard drive

hi, have bootcamped imac (it works fine), , wondering how eject external hard drive. have seagate , divided 2 partitions; 1 backup time machine on mac, , other movies, pics, ect.

when plug in mac shows 2 different drives , allows me option eject one, or both of drives.
when plug windows (7) , try remove hardware, says cant because still in use. cant eject safely until turn off computer.

wondering how eject both drives on windows 7. tried looking ways dont interface of windows, , find hard navigate.
if can explain little bit of detail, appreciated. thanks.
