How to fix this problem?

i have old macbook pro (2.33 ghz intel core 2 duo/2 go 667 mhz ddr2 sdram) , has problems makes me want change it. slows down time , sounds become impossible distinguish. also, shuts down itself. play games on , watch video @ same time, games play arent graphic extensive. suspect overheating problem i'm not sure... f/v peak 2324mhz/1.1625v though im not doing anything... ive downloaded fan controling programs don't seem help... can guys me please?

read might need clean it... how should clean it?
