My first Intel Mac! (2009 MacBook)

well, managed hop on bandwagon. bought myself nice early-2009 macbook (the 1 2.0 ghz core 2 duo processor, 2 gb of ram , nvidia geforce 9400m graphics). cost me $230, since used, , optical drive needed replaced (until can use external firewire dvd drive , remote disc sharing), , due apple discontinuing regular macbook line.

got yesterday, , far love it! upgraded ram 3 gb (as have right before can buy compatible 2 gb module), swapped out existing 120 gb hard drive bigger 250 gb drive, installed mac os x 10.6 snow leopard on it, , pretty took away there!

far, still use emac main desktop (typing on right now), macbook on go or heavier digital media editing (i.e. photoshop, bigger imovie projects, etc.), plus it'll can use newer programs , stuff on leopard or ppc wouldn't support. i'm going put windows on partition on drive take advantage of boot camp (like did imacs @ college's fine arts building). not sure whether install windows xp or 7...
