Powermac G4 Monitor Issues

so i'm taking brothers old powermac g4 college next sept. it's got max 1.5gb of ram, , works fine. problem won't work toshiba tv's pc hookup, or old dell flat panel monitor. works on big ol' sony crt monitor. know can do?
 

have tried swapping video card?

unless have first powermac g4, should able use of these agp video cards.
