Which is better for casual games (The Sims 3/Portal 2)?

i've been playing different ideas desktop mac time. i've decided , buying mini next month.

question is, of these 2 specs better light games such sims 3 , portal 2. both these configs meet minimum specs of both games, 1 run better?

2.0ghz quad i7, 4gb ram, intel hd graphics 3000
2.7ghz dual i7, 4gb ram, amd radeon hd 6630m w/ 256mb gddr5

also, increasing ram 8gb make performance difference in games?

i'm going go ahead , amd. if games choose, they'll have "real" graphics card give them push. you'd able skate quad-core, wont keep new games coming out.

dedicated gpu best friend here.
