Virtualization solution for OSX Server that runs as service?

i built osx server box consolidate down win2kr2 box.

still need server 2008 want virtualize inside of osx server of products saw looked desktop products, meaning have launch them.

1 runs service(in windows terms) hyper-v not need logged in?
 

afraid there isn't solution looking for. can have 1 of apps start @ login of course need have server logged in security issue.
