Automator questions and auto-copying

hey everyone, can remember when automator introduced touted big feature ive never used , having quick scout on looks requires bit of learning have question can do.

know can things automatically rename albums , things heres id do.

have imac main computer , have couple of laptops. have western digital mybook world nas use time machine possible use itunes media server.

im thinking of doing copying music library onto nas other computers can access when imac off. know drag , drop in , update periodically there anyway set automator once week or check differences between 2 folders , update nas accordingly?

had quick play , there seem options copying files im having bit of trouble getting working assistance appreciated:d
