How do I use my iCloud email on 4.3.3/Windows Live Mail?

i had email set before on ios 4.3.3 , worked fine. on monday, stopped refreshing , receiving emails, today decided remove , add account again.
now, every time use correct settings:
reason can't work now.
code:
the imap server "p02-imap.mail.me.com" not responding. check network connection , entered correct information in "incoming mail server" field.
i don't know do, , need use email. :mad:

used these directions work before, , don't:

step 1: navigate settings>mail, contacts, calendars>add account... , select "other"    step 2: select "add mail account" , type in icloud info.    step 3: under imap>incoming mail server  •host name - p02-imap.mail.me.com  •username - email excluding "@me.com"    step 4: under imap>outgoing mail server  •host name - smtp.me.com
i tried doing in windows live mail, , says can't connect server.
please help! :(

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
