Personal hotspot not working on beta 3 now?

i haven't tried use personal hotspot feature on iso 5 beta 3 until today , doesn't work. had no problems using on beta 2 when turn on , connect computer takes feature away? have verizon's new tethering plans or feature turned off now?
 

i bet during betas carriers have figured out how update carrier profiles work ios5.

had know coming...
