Touching trackpad not waking up Mac now

hey all,

since upgrading lion on imac , mba touching trackpad not wake mac. i've checked preferences , can't seem find disabled it. i'm missing?

 

i discovered well. honest, thought maybe had false memory of trackpad waking macbook sleep. hit spacebar.

What's the max amount of RAM an iMac can have to run BootCamp & Parallels Windows 7?
