email hyperlinks in Address Book? Missing??

sorry basic question, must missing something. on iphone, if in contacts , want email someone, can tap on email address send email. ios pop me on mail program , fill in address me. nice, simple, intuitive.

address book on mac (which has lion), email addresses have no hyperlink functionality. thing can highlight email address, right-click highlighted , chose send message, can word highlight in program. missing address book?

says in marketing pages lion on apple.com can "start facetime call address book. click email address , choose facetime." can't happen me. went card friend facetime , don't see facetime option, can't click on address or phone number, , if highlight , right-click, don't see facetime option.

missing?

oh , while we're @ it, there way alter appearance of address book. don't of (plus wish had full-screen mode).

 

ok - i'm stupid. click on labels email addresses (like home, work, etc) submenu lets send message or use facetime. why not whole address? if can't change text unless in edit mode, think on screen should hyperlink. part of email address, part of mailing address, etc.
